Ocean Spray Cranberries and The Sensory Research Center are firmly committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use and disclose your Personal Information. You can be assured your privacy and the confidentiality of your information is our top priority.

What information we collect and how it is used:

1. Your opinion really matters to us. Any data collected (panelist opinions via questionnaires) are collectively calculated and reported to our Ocean Spray Product Development group. This information is shared without disclosing the identity of any panelist.
2. Background information such as income, education, etc. is also collectively calculated and reported to our Ocean Spray Product Development group to help us target surveys and other panel studies we conduct and to better interpret results. Again, this information is shared without disclosing the identity of any panelist.
3. Information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth are collected to contact you and to also determine you meet specific age requirements of being on our panel.
4. Any information we collect is stored in a database that can only be accessed by an Ocean Spray employee in the Sensory Research group.

Ocean Spray Cranberries and The Sensory Research Center does not share or sell any of your information. 
Your email address, name and any other information you provide to us are held in strict confidence. We only keep your information to contact you for product testing and recruitment purposes. We govern our business and actions with sensitivity and respect. In any research we conduct, we adhere to the highest industry stands. We strive to have a positive impact in all our dealings with panelists to make their participation in research studies an enjoyable and meaningful one.


Confidentiality Agreement

You will receive compensation from Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc for participating in studies at The Sensory Research Center.

You agree, without further compensation, that any suggestions or ideas whether verbal, written or recorded, resulting from or arising out of a study shall become the sole property of OSC. You further acknowledge that products included in any study are highly confidential proposed new products and you agree that any and all information which the participant may acquire concerning such proposed new products will be treated as confidential and propriety information of Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. and will not be disclosed to third parties, including members of your own household. You understand that this obligation of confidentiality shall continue after the conclusion of any studies.
